How this service works

East London Spray Foam Removal is an introduction service run by [YOUR NAME OR TRADING NAME]. We don't carry out surveys or removal work ourselves. When you send an enquiry, we pass it to up to 3 independent specialists who cover your area. They quote you directly, and any contract is between you and them.

How we choose specialists

Before introducing a specialist we ask for evidence of: public liability insurance (and professional indemnity for assessors); waste carrier registration for removal contractors; relevant trade body membership where they hold it (for example PCA, RPSA, RICS or CABE for assessors); and example post-removal documentation. We don't make claims about any accreditation a specialist hasn't shown us.

How we're paid

We may receive a fee from specialists for introductions or for advertising. It never changes what you pay, and you're under no obligation.

Complaints

If something goes wrong, email [EMAIL] and we'll look into it. Because the work is contracted with the specialist, your contract rights are with them.
